Collar QR codes and microchips tie each dog to its capture, sterilisation, vaccination and release. Field teams work offline; districts and the state see every figure, and can trace it back to the dogs behind it. Built for the ABC Rules, 2023 and the Supreme Court’s directions to the states.

From the street to the state dashboard

Collar and microchip
Each dog gets a reflective collar with a unique QR code and an ISO microchip. Codes are issued in ranges, so only genuine collars and chips are accepted.

Field app, even without network
Catching teams scan the collar, take photographs and record the place by GPS. Veterinarians record surgery, vaccination and post-operative care. Everything syncs when the phone finds a signal.

District and state consoles
Officers see live totals by state, district, local body and ABC centre, on a map and in reports, and can open the record behind any number.

Anyone can check a collar
Scanning a collar with any phone camera shows whether the dog is sterilised and vaccinated, without revealing personal or location details.

Android app for catching teams, centre staff and veterinarians. Works without coverage; a record the server refuses stays on the phone with the reason shown.
State to centre hierarchy
State, districts, local bodies and ABC centres, each user limited to their own jurisdiction and role.
Full life history
Capture, admission, surgery, vaccination and boosters, post-operative checks, release at the place of capture, adoption and death, with photographs.
Map of captures
Every capture and release on a map, filtered by area, status and period.
Collar and microchip inventory
Issue QR code ranges to the collar maker, load microchip consignments, and refuse anything outside them.
Microchip readers
Read microchips with a reader or by scanning the chip’s barcode label with the phone camera.
Reports and downloads
Dashboards, drill-down lists and CSV downloads of the register and of events for any period.
Audit trail
Every sign-in, change and export is recorded with who, when and from where.
Complaints desk
Log public complaints and service requests, track them against contract timelines, and export the register.
Two-step sign-in
Authenticator-app sign-in for officers and staff; repeated failed attempts are blocked.
